Questions to Ask Yourself During your Home Search

1. Can I afford it? If you’ve been pre-approved (which you should be) you will know! Looking for recommended Mortgage Brokers? Let us know!

2. Does it fit my life? Do you have kids, pets- enough rooms/space? Does the neighbourhood have all the amenities you are wanting?

3. What might “Future Me” Need? Are you planning on having kids or more kids? Are the Grandparents getting old and potentially moving in, in the near future? Will your College student be moving out soon?

4. Is the home well maintained? Upon first glances, maybe. Consult the Property Disclosure Statement created by the Seller. Have a home inspection performed in case of any latent defects (defects not visible to the eye).
